Our items are made-to-order, perishable, and food-based, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed

If Something Isn’t Right...

We’re human — and so are delivery carriers.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or there’s a clear issue, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.

We’ll gladly look into the issue and do our best to make it right — whether that means a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
